Zeinullin Raimbek Bakytzhanuly completed his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral studies in Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 2020, Dr. Zeinullin has been working in the higher education and science system of Kazakhstan. He is the author of several national and international publications in the fields of Kazakh philosophy, Kazakh culture, and cultural anthropology, including: — “Ethnoculture of the Nogai Turks and the Nomadic Heritage of the Western Kipchaks”, Bulletin of Al-Farabi KazNU, Vol. 85, No. 3 (2023); — “The Turkic World in the Flow of Civilizations”, The World of Man, Vol. 92, No. 2 (2022); — “Nogai Ethnoculture and the Heritage of Desht-i Kipchak”, Bulletin of Al-Farabi KazNU, Vol. 82, No. 4 (2022). He is also the author of several scientific monographs and educational materials, including: “History and Theory of Kazakh Culture”, “Globalization and Contemporary Culture of Kazakhstan”, “Cultural Tourism in Kazakhstan: National Code and Artifacts”, “Traditional and Modern Kazakh Culture: A Reader (Electronic Textbook)”, and “Cultural Monuments and Artifacts of Kazakhstan” (electronic content). From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a junior researcher in the following projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan: — AP 0513573 “The Role and Importance of Cultural Monuments in the Modernization of Kazakhstan within the Framework of the Strategy 2050”; — AP 05131879-OT-20 “Transformation of Consciousness as a Condition for the Development of Kazakhstani Society”. In 2020–2021, he served as a lecturer at M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University. In 2022, he was awarded the title “Best Young Teacher of the CIS – 2022” (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan). In the 2024–2025 academic year, Dr. Zeinullin served as a lecturer at the Department of Philosophy and as Deputy Head for Scientific and Innovative Work and International Relations. Dr. Zeinullin is a graduate of all levels of education at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. He is a capable, responsible, and principled young scholar with strong academic potential and professional competence.
